with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects, and whose Twelfth percentage is
above 50%, can write NEET-UG exam (40% marks for reserve category candidates).



For NEET UG, the student's age
should be at least 17 years.

    UG NEET exam is conducted every year in the month of May.



    This exam is taken in pen and paper i.e.
offline.



    The full marks of the NEET-UG exam are 720, in
which students who score around 120 every year are eligible for counseling.



    The application fee for the entrance exam is Rs
1500.



    This entrance exam is of 3 hours, and

NEET PG

PG stands for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Post Graduate.



NEET PG i.e. postgraduate
entrance exam is conducted for admission to postgraduate courses in medical
colleges in India.



It is necessary to write and
qualify this entrance exam for admission in PG courses in medical colleges of
India.



Those students who have done MBBS
course from MCI recognized medical college are eligible for this entrance exam.



Key highlights of NEET PG



    This entrance exam is conducted every year
in the month of January in online mode i.e. computer-based.



    NBE i.e. NBE full form is the National Board of
Examination, It conducts this exam.



    For this national level entrance exam, one
can only apply online, and the application fee is Rs 3750.



    During the entrance exam of 3 hours 30
minutes, 300 multiple choice questions are asked, and there is also a negative
marking scheme.



    The total mark of this entrance exam is
1200, and students who score close to 400 qualify.



    This entrance test is conducted in English
language only.



    More than 1.5 lakh students appear for this
entrance exam every year.



    About 550 medical colleges participate in
this entrance exam and there are more than 10000 seats in total.
